The Fault in Our Stars

-John Green-

Hazel has had cancer for years, and knows she living on borrowed time. She doesn’t want to get close to anyone in fear of hurting them when she dies. But when Augustus Waters shows up at a Cancer Kid Support Group, she may not have a choice but to fall in love with him. Augustus also suffered from cancer and knows what Hazel in going through. What happens when one of them has a relapse?

The Fault in Our Stars was a well written book, and very realistic, but honestly I’m not sure how it became so popular. There wasn’t much character variety; we learn a lot about the few main characters, but aside from that there is almost no one else mentioned. It had good humor, despite being a sad book.
